We have several different types of support options available – depending on your urgency and the type of problem, one is sure to make sense:
Onsite
All onsite services within the inner “areas served” map are provided with a minimum one-hour billing, due at the time of service. Onsite services in the outer “areas served” map are provide with a minimum two-hour onsite billing, due at the time of service. Parking fees and parts are to be reimbursed at the time of service. Payment can be made via check, MC or Visa only.
Remote
Just click the Remote Assistance button here at your pre-scheduled time, and we will remotely take control of your PC with a few clicks of the mouse. All remote services are billed in fifteen minute increments and are payable at the time of service with MC or Visa only.
Helpdesk
If you have an existing Complete Care contract, you can call our toll free 24/7 helpdesk (even open on holidays) at 888-214-3109 for free, immediate assistance.

Rates
Our rate is $140.00 per hour billed in one hour increments for on-site support, and 15-minute increments for remote support. If you have a Basic or Complete Care managed service package, these rates are discounted.
Hours of Business
We are available at all times, but normal rates apply Monday–Friday 8am-6pm. Service can be pre-arranged outside these hours for 1.5x the normal hourly rate. If emergency service is required outside of these hours, the rate is 2x the normal hourly rate with a two-hour minimum.
