Repair Services
We offer full-service repair, replacement, installation, and setup of most types of PCs and servers. Depending on the situation, we may be able to assess your problem remotely which is billable in only fifteen minute increments. We can also come to your home or office to troubleshoot and repair, but our capability to repair hardware is limited to our tools and inventory on hand. We can pick up your PC and return it to you repaired, or you can bring your PC to our office (by appointment only) and pick it up when it’s ready.

Data safety is a priority with us. We sell and support several types of desktop and server backup methods, ranging from basic backup software to a USB drive to a rotating scheme of offsite USB drives, onsite backup servers, and offsite internet backups. We offer data encryption tools and services. And we fight virus and spyware infections at several levels:

Digital Document Locker
The Digital Document Locker is a new service that we provide. It is the ultimate in emergency planning. We come onsite to your home or office with our portable, high-speed scanner. We scan into .pdf format every paper item you need to keep safe – usually insurance policies, passports, tax returns, home mortgage and car purchase or lease agreements, etc. We burn these files onto your choice of CD or SD card so that you can store this valuable electronic information in your safety deposit box. Especially valuable in Los Angeles where earthquakes, floods and fires seem to happen frequently, this is an important step to protecting your most crucial information.
